DESCRIPTION:Event description:\nA 2 day meeting with the aim of reflecting on the latest developments in arthroplasty\, and to discuss between subspecialties\, with experts from the broader multidisciplinary team\, the shared challenges that face us in delivering successful and long-lasting joint replacement.\n\nThe meeting is a real opportunity to bring together leaders in arthroplasty from all disciplines for a face-to-face meeting with experts from around the world. The meeting will cover the scope of modern arthroplasty practice including customisation\, computer-aided planning and navigated surgery\, the role of registries\, common challenges of infection\, and enhanced recovery.\n\nTarget audience:\nConsultants  \, Fellows and Senior Trainees (ST7+)  \, Junior Specialty Trainees (ST3-6)  \, Allied Healthcare Professionals  \n\nLearning Outcomes:\nTo bring together leaders in arthroplasty from all disciplines for a face-to-face meeting with experts from around the world. The meeting will cover the scope of modern arthroplasty practice including customisation\, computer-aided planning and navigated surgery\, the role of registries\, common challenges of infection\, and enhanced recovery.\n\nQualification for attending:\n12 CPD Points and Accreditation from the RCS\n\nCost to each participant:\nFrom £85\n\nThis is a multi disciplinary Meeting with Hand & Wrist a key sub specialty of the meeting. There is a dedicated timetable for all Hand & Wrist surgeons and specific faculty. We need to make as many health professionals aware of the meeting and the learning opportunities from leading experts in the field and hand and wrist surgery\n\n
