This 1 day course at the Welsh Centre for Anatomical Education, Sir Martin Evans Building, Cardiff University will allow practise of the wrist arthroscopy interventions most commonly used in training and clinical practice.
The main emphasis will be on practical practise sessions on fresh frozen cadavers. Aimed at Junior Consultants and trainees who are currently in hand fellowship posts.
This course aims to teach:
- Basic setup, diagnostic arthroscopy and synovectomy.
- TFCC debridement, peripheral reattachment, foveal reattachment.
- Wafer procedure, radial styloidectomy, HOLT lesion debridment .
- Proximal row carpectomy.
